Nothing debuts the CMF Phone 1

The Nothing company sure has something cooking for fans who like customizing their phones. The brand took the covers off (literally) of the brand new CMF Phone 1 for their budget friendly, sub-brand, CMF.

As a somewhat modular phone, the CMF Phone 1 has a removable back panel that can be swapped with other colors to accessorize. CMF will also produce accessories that incoporate with the phone like a lanyard, a wallet, and a kickstand that can be purchased separately.

With a competitively low price tag of $199 for the phone itself, there’s wiggle room for owners to purchase accessories to customize the experience based on their budget.

The phone itself will house a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SOC, a 6.7- inch OLED display, and a 5,000 mAh battery. There’s no NFC, and carrier support is extremely limited in the USA, with only T-Mobile providing full 4G and 5G operation.

The CMF Phone 1 is up for pre-order right now.
